Your account will not be charged starting from the next billing cycle. Regarding downgrading, you cannot directly subscribe to a lower-tier package. Once you successfully subscribe, the system will automatically charge your account and renew your current package on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. If you wish to cancel the auto-renewal, please contact us via email at support@seela.ai before your next billing date. We will process your request and inform you of the resolution within three business days, and your account will not be charged for the following cycle.
