Credits are issued instantly upon successful payment. For users on an annual subscription plan, the equivalent of a full year's worth of credits will be granted to your account immediately after payment confirmation.

Yes. Unused credits roll over. Paid subscription credits remain in your account after cancellation. Promotional/free credits may have separate terms shown in your account.

No, there are absolutely no hidden fees or extra charges. All costs associated with our subscription tiers and credit consumption are clearly outlined and transparently displayed.

Credit deduction depends on the nature of failure: 1. If the generation was technically successful but the result is not displayed immediately: We recommend refreshing the page. In this case, the credits will be deducted as the service was rendered. 2. If the generation failed completely and no result was produced: No credits will be deducted. In this scenario, we advise you to wait a moment and then attempt the generation again.

You can purchase a suitable Pro package with the required credit volume at any time, and your next billing cycle and credit allocation will be based on the newly selected plan. Alternatively, you may purchase an annual subscription plan to receive the full year's total credits instantly in a single allocation.

To cancel your subscription, please contact us directly via email at support@seela.ai. We will process your request and inform you of the cancellation status within three business days. Your account will not be charged starting from the next billing cycle. Regarding downgrading, you cannot directly subscribe to a lower-tier package. However, if you require a downgrade, please reach out to us at support@seela.ai, and we will process your request and inform you of the outcome within three business days.

Once you successfully subscribe, the system will automatically charge your account and renew your current package on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. If you wish to cancel the auto-renewal, please contact us via email at support@seela.ai before your next billing date. We will process your request and inform you of the resolution within three business days, and your account will not be charged for the following cycle.
